It will increase traffic flow, presenting potential accidents, into and exiting Pheasants
Walk. As it stands now, not having a stop bar for traffic traveling east on Lorain Rd. has made it difficult for
residents to exit onto Lorain Rd.
In addition, patrons of Chambers Funeral Home are parking their vehicles on the west side of Pheasants
Walk. They are parking up to and past the stop sign, making it extremely dangerous to exit on to Lorain
Road, as the vehicles are blocking the view of east bound traffic. There are many'new' teenage drivers in
this development that will be in danger of causing an accident because of this circumstance. Parking in our
development is caused by a lack of adequate parking in the Chambers perimeters. The empty lot adjacent
to Chambers would provide additional parking in addition to a second exit to Lorain Rd., which will
facilitate the problems.
Furthermore, Chambers has not been the ideal neighbor. I have constantly requested that the Landscape
Company that maintains their property, avoid blowing the leaves into the street of Pheasants Walk. My
requests have been ignored.
Sincerely,
Clarence and Janice Zweigart
5610 Pheasants Walk
440-777-0087
6
