A curb cut from Chambers would definitely cause both.
Original planning for the Crocker Sterns extension involved discussions about potential traffic problems.
The promises made such as a stop bar on Lorain Rd. EB placed West of Pheasants walk have not come
to fruition. Possibly the mayor was too busy grand standing and kissing babies as he interrupted the
meeting at the community cabin to know that the promise was made.
In addition parking which occupies both sides of Pheasants Walk and Quail Run during large funerals and
was supposed to be prohibited has not been enforced. At times so much of the street is blocked by cars
parking on both sides that a fire truck would be unable to travel north from Lorain road to an emergency in
the neighborhood.
The curb cut and any other changes to the street that increase traffic are unacceptable.
