The new plans do not reflect the requested changes. However the truck exit
was modified and additional parking spaces lost. A sign package was submitted requiring a
number of variances.
Mr. Maj eed said they were not aware of the requested changes however the pillars at the drive
through would be wrapped in masonry. Landscaping will be in the drive through island and the
truck drive was modified to ensure the trucks were not exiting directly into the Mill Road drive.
Signage is going through a redesign therefore the submitted plans have not been finalized. They
requested signage be postponed until the final package was approved internally. Mr. Rerlco said
the Commission requested both the canopy columns and the bollards be wrapped in masonry.
Mr. Majeed said the bollards could not be masonry for safety reasons however they could cover
them in colored concrete which is preferred. Mr. Rerlco did not object as long as the concrete
bollards match the building color. He explained the area to be straightened along the drive and
Mr. Majeed agreed and noted that the bank drop off box would be relocated to the south side of
the new pharmacy entrance. Mr. Malone noted that the development had been tabled so the
Commission could receive detailed plans. He requested a detailed landscape plan be submitted
