Appeals grant CMS10-21 McDonald's of 27322 Lorain Road the variances as written which was approved 6-0. Mrs. Meredith moved, seconded by 1VIr. Rerko, to approve the proposal for CMS10-21 McDonald's of 27322 Lorain Road with the followfng conditions: 1. Solid yellow coloi•ed awnings are to be used as shown on sheet A2.0 received 8/11/10. 2. New landscaping plan will include evergreens in the center area. The center area plantings will be duplicated on both sides of the driveways. 3. The existing east drive exit sign is to be moved to the west side of drive. The motion was approved 6-0. CMS10-27 North Olmsted Emergencv Food Cupboard; 26272 Butternut Rid2e Road, Request consists of alterations to existing home and site improvements. Ms. Wenger said improvements for the existing building went before Landmarks Commission to receive a certificate of appropriateness. She reviewed the exterior and interior changes to be made which includes new siding, windows, removing some doors and replacing others. The front east entrance door will be a door which will accommodate the monthly deliveries. The roof is in good condition and will remain and the detailed constniction plans are still being worlced OUt. Oll Al1gllSt 2, 2010 a community meeting was held and there was a lot of positive feedback fiom the residents. Mr. O'Malley said the Commission's review is required by charter and they should review the plan as they do with any other plan. Mrs. Meredith asked if there was a landscaping plan or more detailed site plans and Ms. Wenger said there would be a landscaping plan created. Mr. Bohlmann said that if they are to review the plan as with all applicants then there is not enough information provided for a proper review. Mrs. Meredith agreed and aslced if the matter could be tabled until more detailed plans were received. Mr. Bohlmann aslced if the use was changing as the home is in a residential neighborhood and it won't be used as a residence. Mr. Parry expressed concern about traffic flow in and out of the site, particularly due to the current lane configuration as the road crosses J-480. Ms. Britt said she lived next door and she believes that there should be a turning lane and asked if the detailed plans would return so she could see the details of what will be done. She aslced if the utility pole will be moved. Ms. Wenger said that the driveway would be moved but not sure if the pole could be relocated. The Commission should feel free to table the review until more detailed plans are availaUle. Mr. Bohlmann said he would prefer to have the issue return. Mrs. Meredith moved, seconded by Mr. Bohlmann to table CMS10-27 North Olmsted Emergency Food Cupboard of 26272 Butternut Ridge Road until ynore detailed plans are available, which was approved 6-0. COMMUNICATION Ordinance No. 2010-100 An ordinance amending Section 1119.02 of the Zoning Code of the city of North Olmsted to
