Mr. Parry abstained. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />CMS10-04: Clearwire; 26101 Country Club Blvd: <br />Representatives: Scott Jacobs and Jerry Warsaw, SureSite Consulting <br />Ms. Wenger said Clearwire proposes to install wireless telecommunication antennas and an <br />equipment cabinet on the Victoria Plaza roo£ As there are already more than three antennas on <br />the roof a conditional use permit is required. Mr. Mitchell said although he does not object to the <br />conditional use additional information is required. The height of the stealth wall needs to be 10 <br />feet high to ensure the top of the antennas are not visible. Wall material and color samples need <br />to be submitted as well as plans with a structural engineer's seal. The exact weights and <br />measures of the antennas, screening walls, cabinet and details as to how they will be anchored to <br />the roof top are also needed. Mr. O'Malley said the conditional use is separate from the <br />development proposed and should each be reviewed. <br />Mr. Jacobs said they are seeking permission to install a wireless telecommunication rooftop <br />facility on the Victoria Plaza which is a residential apartment building. Clearwire operates a <br />high speed internet service to both consumers and businesses and are constructing the first <br />nationwide 4G WiMax networlc. There will be 3 panel antennas and 11 point-to-point antennas <br />mounted on the roof in designated areas. The supporting equipment cabinet is 4 feet by 3 feet <br />and the walls are provided to screen the antennas and cabinet from the ground level. They are <br />using the same engineer Sprint used when installing their antennas. The location of the site was <br />chosen as the antenna system works on a line of site basis and needs the height to communicate
