. • <br />_J 1. A 41/4 inch variance for a wall sign taller (sign B) then code permits, code permits 4', and 4 ft, <br />4'/a inches is shown, section 1163.28(c). <br />2. A 4'/a inch variance for a wall sign taller (sign C) then code permits, code permits 4', and 4 ft, <br />41/4 inches is shown, section 1163.28(c). <br />Note: On 11/3/2005, the BZA granted a variance to permit 3 wall signs. <br />Charley Schalliol of Site Enhancement Services was sworn in. Mr. Schalliol said the North <br />Olmsted site is a beautiful location and the facility itself is the newest available. The existing <br />signage will be replaced as shown. The existing three signs which were previously approved <br />will be replaced with the new brand sign package. They do not have a freestanding sign or at <br />any mall entrance. Wall signs are their only form of visibility and they believe they fit the <br />proportions of the farade. The backgrounds of the wall signs are non-illuminated and the letters <br />will be mounted within the boundaries of the border. The total square footage of signage is <br />below what was previously approved. The lettering will be soft white LED lights and the letters <br />and lobster fit within the for foot height. The signs will not adversely affect any neighbors and <br />the illumination will actually be softer. Mr. Mitchell said he does not object to the request. <br />Board members voiced the new signage fit the building and had no objections to the request. <br />Mr. Lopez moved, seconded by Ms. Bellido, to grant 12ed Lobster of 25615 Brookpark <br />ltoad the following variances: <br />1.
