Proposal consists of a shed, the following variance is requested: a 72 sq. <br />ft. variance for a storage shed larger than code allows; code permits 120 sq. ft., applicant shows <br />192 sq. ft., Section 1135.02(d)(1). Note: Size ofparcel is 2,170 sq. ft. short of allowing a 200 <br />sq. ft. shed. Parcel is 19,610 sq. ft. <br />Mr. and Mrs. Sredniawa were sworn in and Mr. Sredniawa said a recent storm knocked down <br />their existing 12' x 12' shed which he would like to replace. According to code, he's allowed a <br />10' x 10' shed which is not enough to store his yard equipment, he would like a 12' x 16' shed. <br />Mrs. Sredniawa submitted a letter from Ms. Erica Bartolone indicating she had no objections to <br />the variance.
