The CLG grant was awarded and the commission will need to assign members to work on the
project in order to ensure it is complete by years end. Ms. Wenger said although the city
received word they received the CLG grant she has not received a contract. She has been
researching what will be required when submitting the required documents for the CLG grant.
The Landmarks Commission established the following committees:
CLG Grant: Paul Schumann, Robert Parry and Maryellen Davis.
Butternut Ridge house: Albert Richner, Tom Dubowski, and the new member once appointed.
Porter Road house: Dale Thomas, Don Rerko and David Neville.
Ms. Wenger said each committee should work out a time and date they would like to meet. The
committees are welcome to meet at city hall and can contact the office to set up when and where
they will be meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
Mr. 5chumann moved, seconded by Mr. Neville, to excuse Don Rerko's absence and
adjourn the meeting at 7:45 p.m., which was approved 6-0.
Dale Thomas, Chair onna Rote Clerk of Commi 'ons
, /.? a0!
D
2
