She noted that the color rendering did <br />not match the plans submitted. Mr. Mitchell said if the wattage of the lights was lower and full <br />cutoffs used lighting could meet code. Mr. Schmitz said he would use pots or other type of <br />planters between the buildings. The electrical boxes will be looked at and perhaps painted to <br />match the building however he was not sure they are allowed to be locked. He said all existing <br />vinyl slats would be replaced and the section of fence along the south which does not have slats <br />will have double heavy tan slats added.
