i- °
wanted to know whatever happened to the original ordinance about having all needed
materials. Building Commissioner Conway agreed that if someone didn't have all the materials
that was need he could ask them to come back. Clerk suggested that the commissioners could
table if they didn't have all needed information. Mr. Dubelko stated that you can request a
certain representative of the developer be there but you can't compel them to come. If
someone isn't here to answer your questions to your satisfaction so that you can determine
your function and determine that everything you need to be enforced, than you can table it.
Ms. Kummer asked why they were not tabled. Mr. Dubelko indicated the things commission
were interested in, the fagade, the trash compactor, even though they didn't have a
representative from Giant Eagle, a store person, the answers were satisfactory. Mr. Dubelko
indicated the way he looked at it the fagade didn't have an impact on the neighbors, but you
have a different impact with a different type of trash compactor, those type of concerns, noise
concerns they were concerned about and they required that the compactor be enclosed and that
it be constructed from materials that would sufficiently deaden noise so that when noise does
travel to the residents property line where it has a potentials to affect you it's going to be at a
decibel level that is permitted by our code. If it isn't they be will be required to rebuild it and
that is within the scope of this committee.
IV. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDNISIONS: No Items.
V. COMNIUNICATIONS:
A) Ordinance No. 98-130:
B) Ordinance No. 98-131
R. Brennan,
unanimously approved.
X. ADJOURNMENT:
R. Tallon made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Ms. O'Rourke unaniinously
approved.
