B) James C. & Rachelle M Bea Lot Split <br />The proposal is to split Permanent Parcel Number 237-12-017 ("L" shaped lot) located at the <br />northeast corner of Clague Road at MacBeth Avenue into two (2) separate parcels. Zoning is <br />C-Residence, Single entirely and each proposed parcel conforms to zoning code requirements ? <br />for area and frontage. <br />Mr. Tallon read allowed the proposal and called all interested parties forward. Mr. Beaty <br />came forward to present the proposal. Mr. Brennan asked if this was a situation were there <br />are two houses on one lot. Mr. Beaty indicated there were two houses on the lot, and he has <br />sold the house on Clague Road. When the lot is split both lots will fall within the zoning <br />code. Mr. Tallon asked if there were any further questions from the board members or <br />audience. No further questions were asked. <br />Mr. Tallon moved to approve the proposal to split Permanent Parcel Number 237-12-017 <br />("L" shaped lot) located at the northeast corner of Clague Road at MacBeth Avenue into two <br />(2) separate parcels. Zoning is C-Residence, Single entirely and each proposed parcel <br />conforms to zoning code requirements for area and frontage. The motion was seconded by <br />W. Spalding, and unanimously approved. Motion Carried. <br />V. COMMiJNICATIONS: <br />Ordinance no. 98-111 <br />Mr. Tallon suggested the next order of business is Ordinance no. 98-111. I would ask the comity <br />to take it home and study it over and it will be discussed at the next regularly scheduled meeting. <br />VI. COMIVIITTEE REPORTS: <br />VTI. MINOR CHANGES: <br />VII?. NEW BUSINESS: <br />IX. OLD BUSINESS: <br />X. ADJOURNMENT: <br />T. Brennan moved to excuse the absence of Mrs. Cameron Alston, seconded by K.
