Zoning is C- <br />Residence, Single entirely, and proposed sublots conform to zoning code requirements for <br />area and frontage. The motion. was seconded by K. O'Rourke and unanimously approved. In <br />the framing of the motion, Mr. McDermott advised, a revised platting will need to be <br />submitted at a future date.
