• *
R. Tallon motioned the driveway, we would like that to be fenced in it's entirety from the front of
the existing dwellings to the back of the property lines. We would like you to take a look at
repositioning one of two things either moving the parking to the back or the side were the
retention pond is and just move the whole thing around all the parking around you can leave the
driveway in front for a turn around or rotate the building 90 degrees so the parking is in the front
and on the side. Away from the residential areas. The fencing along the rear of all the residential
properties, and as we discussed before we will leave the retention open but we would be in favor
of underground retention in lieu of the fact that tlus is an assistant living facility which will have
patients that can wonder and create much hazards. We will send this on to the Architectural
review board. There we want you to have all your landscaping in place for them to look at, and
we are going to recommend that the buffering between the residential areas is dense as you can
make it without damaging existing trees. We will send this on to the safety department for their
views on their aspects of it, and also to Mr. Griffith for traffic flow for the driveway to the
intersection. We would like the engineering department to submit their write up on the drainage.
You will need to submit topograplrical drawings so we can see the fall of the land. Also to the
City forester for their opinion. If you have any upgrades on the wet lands issue we would like a
copy of that information also. The morion was seconded by R. Koeth and unanimously approved.
The assistant Clerk of Commissions announced the dates of the Architectural review board
meeting which is July 22, 1998, and the next Planning commission meeting date as 7/28,1998. In
the framing of the motion Mr. Conway informed the audience that if Wellington Place does not
come back before the Plauniug commission on July 28, 1998, then the Commissions office will.,,
send out new notices to announce when they are scheduled in September.
N. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS:
1). Ron Kuhn and Cambridge Crossings Estates Lot Split and Assembly Plat:
The proposal is to re-assign the interior (only) property line between permanent parcel No: 234-
18-111 and 234-19-09 in order to make each lot "Yectangular" (each is now in the shape of a
"trapezoid"). Location is the south side of Westminster Drive. Zoning is A-Residence, Single
entirely and both re-aligned lots conform to frontage and area requirements uf the Zoning Code.
Mr. Tallon reviewed the request for the lot split and assembly plat. Ron Kuhn came forward and
stated the reason for the lot split, is strictly to make the two lots more appealing, and salable. Mr.
Tallon asked if there were any further questions from the board members or the audience. No
further questions were asked.
R. Tallon moved to approve the lot split and assembly plat for Ron Kuhn and Cambridge
Crossings Estates: The proposal is to re-assign the interior (only) property line between
permanent parcel No: 234-18-111 and 234-19-09. The motion was seconded by R. Koeth and
unanimously approved.
V. COMMUNICATIONS:
VI. COMIVIITTEE REPORTS:
-v ff. MINOR CHANGES:
7
