Mr. <br />Bower coufinned he would like to develop the site in the future but detailed plans were not <br />available at this time. Mr. Tallon explained when a development is planned it will be required to <br />come back to plauuuig commission and the abutting property owners will be notified at that tune. <br />R. Tallon motioned to approve the Underwood Lot Split and Assembly 1'lat No. 2, a proposal to <br />split off the north portion of land desiguated as Permanent Parcel Numbers 237-21-08 and 237- <br />21-13 and 237-23-01, each of which fronts on the north side of Mastick Road, and join these split <br />offportions to adjacent land designated as permanent parcel numbers 237-21-01 and 237-23-33, <br />with frontage on both Brookpark and Clague Roads (southwest area). Also included is the <br />combining of the south remnant of parce1237-23-01 with parce1237-23-02, both of which have <br />the same ownership aud front on Mastick Road. Zoning is Multiple Residence (north, Brookpark <br />frontage) and A-Residence, Single (south, Mastick frontage), with the lot splits coinciding with <br />the district zone line. (Frontage of one proposed sublot, 3-Z, does not conform to zoning code <br />requireinents for an A-district, but is less non-conforming than previously). The motion was <br />seconded by R. Koeth and_ unanunously approved. <br />B) Crete Properties Consolidation Plat. <br />The proposal is to combine land designated as permauent parcel Numbers, 237-01-006 and 237- <br />04-001 into one (1) parcel located on the south side of Lorain Road west-adjacent to the new <br />North Olmsted Fire Station. Zoning is Retail Business, General and the proposal conforms to <br />frontage and area requirements of tlie zoning code. <br />Since there was no representative present, R. Tallon motioned to table the Crete Properties <br />Consolidation Plat, a proposal to combine land designated as permanent parcel Numbers, 237-01- <br />006 and 237-04-001 into one (1) parcel located on the south side of Lorain Road west-adjacent to <br />the new North Olmsted Fire Station. Zoning is Retail Business, General and the proposal <br />conforms to frontage and area requirements of the zoning code. The motion was seconded by T. <br />Brennan and tuiauimously approved. <br />V. CONIMUNICATIONS: No items. <br />VI. COMIVIITTEE REPORTS: No items. <br />VII. nUNOR CHANGES: No items. <br />VIII. NEW BUSINESS: <br />Mr. Tallon suggested that the planving commission call their vacation for August. Since there were <br />no objections, R. Tallon motioned to schedule planning commission vacation for the month of <br />August. The motion was seconded by T. Brennan and unanimously approved. The Planning <br />Commission will not meet for the entire month of August. <br />IX. OLD BUSINESS: <br />X. ADJOURNMENT: <br />R Tallon motioned to excuse the absence of Ms. O'Rourke, seconded by R.
