Mr. Nemecek, enguieer, <br />added the city forester will mark the trees to be saved at the tune of constiuctiou, aud he <br />agreed to protect all such trees as recommended. Mr. Conway noted there are soine <br />discrepancies in the floor plan between the site plan and the actual floor plan layout. He <br />questioned if the building size is the same as the previous plan. Mr. Nemecek explained the <br />building size will remain as originally proposed before the board of zouiug appeals. Mi. <br />Conway requested that Mr. Nemecek get in contact with his assistant, Tom Rymarczyk <br />regarding this issue. There were no further questious ou tlus proposal. Mr. Tallon opened <br />discussion up to the audience and no iuterest was expressed. <br />R Tallon motioned to accept the Proposed Candlewood Hotel, located on the south side of <br />Country Club Blvd., east-adjacent to the newly constructed Homestead Village Hotel; <br />proposal to coustruct Hotel; heard by plauning commissiou March 10, 1998; heard by board <br />of zoning appeals March 26, 1998; heard by arclutectural review Uoard March 18 1998 and <br />March 26 1998; and tabled at plauning commission meeting of April 14, 1998; to approve <br />the proposed project on the prints marked received April 24, 1998 and incorporate all <br />recommendations of the arclutecharal review board and the city forester. The motion was <br />seconded by T. Zoning is mixed use district entirely. <br />Mr. Gould, representing Biskind Development, explained that the request is simply to divide <br />the parce1236-17-04 for use by Candlewood Hotel.
