Mr. Yager suggested we are here to talk about
Giant Eagle only and Mr. Papandreas has heard your complaint and he will take care of the
problem. N1r. Hoelter indicated that covered his concerns. Mr. Rymarczyk asked what the color
of the structure would be at the video Play. Mr. Crook asked if Mr. Rymarczyk was referring to
the triangular structure, and indicated it would be a dark bronze to match window frames.
M. Yager motioned to except the Water Tower Square (Giant Eagle), 27524 Lorain Road :
proposal which consists of renovating a portion of the exterior front facade of the existing
shopping center to accommodate a Giant Eagle Supermarket, with the following comments.
That the rear docking area be followed up on a sound proof ineasure whether it be raising the
building raising the height of the wall or sound panels, that the area between the last tower and
video be looked at with some element of pilaster, or reveal ex, ex, and that all roof top
equipment be hidden, as per the rest of the facility. Mr. Zergott suggested making the same feel
on the corner of the building. Mr. Yager indicated that is consistent with that part around to the
corner of the facility. The motion was seconded by B. Zergott, and unanimously approved.
Motion Carried.
VI.
