Mr. Kremzar suggested the logos looked like the Motorola trademark and Mr. Antal should <br />get in vvi7ting their permission to use the flip phones on his sign. Mr. Antal indicated he had <br />contacted Motorola and its useable shared ware. Mr. Maloney strongly suggested to Mr. Antal he <br />should get permission in vvi-iting from Motorola because of a possible lawsuit. <br />J. Maloney moved to grant the request to Pro Con, 26400 Lorain Road, Their request for variance <br />1123.12. <br />1) A 14' square foot variance for total business signage, section (1163.11(c)) <br />2) A variance to install two wall signs (only 1 is permitted) with cell phone artwork, as presented, <br />section(1163.12(a)). <br />Furthermore Pro-Con will be allowed to have the artwork (2 cell phones) as presented to the <br />Commissioners. <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125, section (1163.16 (D)),1163.11(c), and (1163.12(a)). <br />The motion was seconded by W. The oath was adininistered to <br />Mr. Barnett, owner of the property, and Mr. Santora, contractor. Mr. Santora indicated to <br />Commissioners that the aluminum patio enclosure was going to be built on top of the existing <br />deck. Mfi-. Koberna questioned Mr. Santora if the patio enclosure would conform to the outline of <br />the existing deck . Mr. Santora indicated it would be bay shaped with a gable roof.
