Chairmau Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was admivistered to Mr. Burke, contractor. Mr. Gomersall suggested to Mr. Burke that they would have to have fire code diywall in the garage as the inspectors will be looking for it. Mr. Burke indicated to Mr. (somersall that it was already included on the site plan. T. Kobema moved to grant Mr. & Mrs. Biesiadny, 4563 Georgette Avenue, a variance (1123.12). Proposal is to add a family room to existing home. A 6' foot 6' inch variance is required from house to garage (1123.09). Note: addition will be closer than 15' feet from existing garage, therefore the building departmeut is requesting the garage be fitted with 1 hour fire code drywall. Which is in violation of Ord. 90- 125, section 1123.09. The motion was seconded by J. Maloney, and unanimously approved. Variances granted. 5. Erick Becker• 4509 Selhurst North Olmsted. OH 44070 : Request for variance (1123.12). Proposal is to erect a shed in rear yard. Request the followiug variance: An 8' foot rear yard setback variance is required 1135.02(d) (4). Note: Shed meets all other criteria for size, location and total lot coverage. Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.02(d) (4). Ms. Becker explained to the coanmissioners that she didn't live in the house and Mr. Becker was in contempt of court. The house was to be put on the market for-sale as part of the d.ivorce degree and she didn't want any work done to the property as she was still on the mortgage and responsible for costs. Mr. Gomersall indicated that the shed - had already been erected and should not have been put where it was. N1r. Gomersall suggested to tlie other commissioners, since Mr. Becker hadn't shown up for this meeting they should table tlie request until their next meeting. J.
