Chairmau Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was admivistered to <br />Mr. Burke, contractor. Mr. Gomersall suggested to Mr. Burke that they would have to have fire <br />code diywall in the garage as the inspectors will be looking for it. Mr. Burke indicated to Mr. <br />(somersall that it was already included on the site plan. <br />T. Kobema moved to grant Mr. & Mrs. Biesiadny, 4563 Georgette Avenue, a variance (1123.12). <br />Proposal is to add a family room to existing home. A 6' foot 6' inch variance is required from <br />house to garage (1123.09). <br />Note: addition will be closer than 15' feet from existing garage, therefore the building departmeut <br />is requesting the garage be fitted with 1 hour fire code drywall. Which is in violation of Ord. 90- <br />125, section 1123.09. The motion was seconded by J. Maloney, and unanimously approved. <br />Variances granted. <br />5. The oath was admiuistered to <br />Ms. Becker, ex-wife of Mr. Becker. Ms. Becker explained to the coanmissioners that she didn't <br />live in the house and Mr. Becker was in contempt of court. The house was to be put on the <br />market for-sale as part of the d.ivorce degree and she didn't want any work done to the property <br />as she was still on the mortgage and responsible for costs. Mr. Gomersall indicated that the shed - <br />had already been erected and should not have been put where it was. N1r. Gomersall suggested <br />to tlie other commissioners, since Mr. Becker hadn't shown up for this meeting they should table <br />tlie request until their next meeting. <br />J.
