Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was administered to <br />Mr. Seighman. Mr. Seighman indicated to Commissioners he wanted the shed to be placed on <br />rear property line to accommodate a garden and his children's playthings. Mr. Kremzar pointed <br />out there was a telephone pole with a utility box on the rear property and he was concerned for <br />the safety of CEI employees. Mr. Maloney indicated there was also a 10' foot utility easement <br />on the back of the property line which made it a no building zone. Mr. Gomersall indicated to <br />, Mr. Seighman it needs to be 10' foot off the back and 5' foot off the side. Mr. Gomersall <br />strongly suggested to Mr. Selhurst that in order to allow the shed he would have to agree to take <br />offthe request for a 2' foot side yard variance and a 4' foot rear yard variance. Mr. Selhurst <br />agreed to the sugaestion made by Mr. Gomersall. <br />W. Kremzar moved to grant Mr. Seighman, 6024 Forest Ridge Road, his request for <br />variance(1123.12). A 34' square foot variance to erect a shed in rear yard. With the exception of <br />his request for a 2' foot side yard variance (1135.02) (d-4) and a 4' foot rear yard variance <br />(1135.02 (d-4) which is in violation of Ord. 90-125, section 1135.02 (d-1 & d-4). The motion <br />was seconded by J. Konold, and unanimously approved. <br />Variance granted with noted exceptions. <br />Prior to adjournment Chairman Gomersall announced that there will not be a meeting in the <br />month of January. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 P.M. <br />Robert Gomersall, Chairman <br />K.
