Proposal to install a new shed to replace existing shed. <br />The following variances will be needed. <br />1) A variance of 88' square feet for exceeding the 200 sq ft residential limit. <br />2) A variance of 1' foot for height of shed. <br />Which is in Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135,02 (d-1) (d-3). <br />Note: Board of zoning appeals granted a variance on Oct. 5, 1995 for a shed of 240 sq. ft., however <br />variance was never exercised. <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was administered to Mr. <br />Hoyer. Mr. Gomersall reviewed the variances being requested, and suggested this is a little bigger then <br />what we granted last year. Mr. Hoyer indicated it was, but the lot is very big. Mr. Gomersall indicated <br />he had no questions for Nlr. Hoyer, and asked if there were any further questions from the board. Proposal for sign package. <br />The following variance are needed. <br />1) A variance of 1' foot 9" inches in height for a ground sign. <br />2) A variance to allow the ground sign to remain within a triangle formed between points on the street <br />right of way line, and the nearest edge of an inter section drive within 35' feet from their inter section. <br />Which is a Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1163.12 (b). <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board.
