T. Koberna moved to grant Star Bank; 4700 Great Northern Blvd., the Request for variance <br />(1123.12). Proposal for sign package. A 24' Square foot variance for a business building. <br />Which is a Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1163.11 (c). This change was mutually agreed upon <br />by the applicant. The motion was seconded by W. Kremzar and unanimously approved. <br />Variance Granted. <br />2) James Myers; 23059 MacBeth Ave.: <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request a 3 foot side yard_ variance to replace existing detached <br />garage with new detached garage. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.02 (C) (2). <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was administered to <br />Mrs. Myers. Mr. Gomersall reviewed the variance request, and asked if any board members or <br />audience members had any questions. No further questions were asked. <br />J. Maloney moved to grant James Myers; 23059 MacBeth Ave, her request for variance (1123.12). <br />A 3' foot side yard variance to replace existing detached garage with new detached garage. Which <br />is a Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.02 (C) (2). The motion was seconded by J. Konold, <br />and unanimously approved. Variance Granted. <br />3) Tom Loan; 27676 Cottonwood Trail: <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Proposal to erect a shed on a corner lot, proposed location and <br />size of shed is in violation of City Ordinance. <br />Requesting the following variances: <br />1). A 10 square foot variance for size in excess of 2% of the rear yard area (1135.02 D-1); <br />2). A 22 foot variance for encroachment into the required 50 foot front set back of the abutting lot <br />on the side street (Dogwood) (1135.02 D-5). <br />Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.02 (D-1) and (D-5). <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. A 16 foot 6 inch front yard variance for encroachment upon abutting neighbors front setback. ' <br />Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.02 (F-2). <br />2
