Note: A 5 foot side yard variance was grated in 1965 to build this home, and a 15 foot variance was <br />granted to build the first house on the abutting street which has a 36 foot front setback. <br />Chairman Gomersall called a11 interested parties before the board. The oath was administered to Mr. <br />Wiggenhorn, Mr. Maher a concerned Neighbor, and Councilman O'Grady. Mr. Gomersall reviewed <br />the variances being asked for. Mr. O'Grady asked to address the board to review the variances <br />being asked for, and gave several reasons as to why Mr. Wiggenhorn should be allowed to put up <br />his fence. Mr. Maher a concerned neighbor indicated he would like to see the proposed fence <br />erected. It-is needed for the safety of the children, and would only benefit the areas property value. <br />Mr. Gomersall asked if Mr. Wiggenhorn had anything to add to what had been said on his behalf. <br />Mr. Wiggenhorn indicated he had nothing to add. No further questions were asked. <br />W. Kremzar moved to grant Jeff Wiggenhorn; 23775 Curtis Drive, his request for variance <br />(1123.12). Proposal is to construct a six foot high wooden fence on a corner lot. <br />1). A 1 foot 6 inch variance for side yard setback; and <br />2). A 16 foot 6 inch front yard variance for encroachment upon abutting neighbors front setback. <br />Which is a Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.02 (F-2). The motion was seconded by J. <br />Konold, and unanimously approved. Variances Granted. <br />5) William J. Moffat; 25832 Kennedy Rid eg Road: <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Proposal to install a new deck. <br />Request a 6 inch side yard variance. <br />Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.02 <br />Also request a special permit (1123.11) to add to a non conforming building. <br />Special pernut required ordnance 90.125 section 1165.02 (B) (1). <br />Note: Addition to home was granted their permits 9/7/90, and 12/11/90. <br />Existing deck was granted its pernut on 5/1/91. <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board.
