Proposal is to replace existing garage with a new garage. Request <br />the following variance(s): <br />1). A 330 square foot variance for area of garage which will exceed the 750.square foot maximum <br />size permitted; and _ <br />2). A 1 foot height variance. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section (1135.02 C-1) <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was administered to Mr. <br />Gareau. Mr. Gomersall reviewed the variances being requested, and asked Mr. Gareau to explain <br />his request. W. Gareau indicated the existing garage is very old and needs to be replaced. The new <br />garage is being sized to accommodate a recreational vehicle that will be parked in the garage. The <br />garage is the same in width but, the roof will be 1' foot higher, and will be deeper to accommodate <br />the recreational vehicle. Mr. Gareau indicated the lot is very big and can accommodate the new <br />garage without being obtrusive to his neighbors. Mr. Gomersall asked if there were any further <br />questions from the board members or the audience. No further questions were asked. <br />J.
