Request a 5 foot side yard setback variance at east property liue <br />(10' Required by code). Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1139.07. Note: Tlus proposal was <br />refened by plauuing commission ou July 28, 1998. <br />Chaimiau Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was admiuistered to Mr_ <br />Mills, and Pat Kovalchuk who both presented Auto body's proposaL Mr. Mills suggested this is a <br />new building wluch will be state of the art and EPA certified. On the east side setback we are asking <br />for a 5' foot variance aud will be doing some mouuding as well as landscaping to buffer neighbors. <br />Mr. Gomersall noted; tlie Plauning commission has recommeuded the variances be grauted. No <br />further questious were asked. <br />J. Kremzar moved to grant Auto Body Services, Iuc., 28415 Lorain Road a 5 foot side yard setback <br />variance at east property line (10' Required by code). Violatiou of Ord. 90-125, Sectiou 1139.07. <br />The motion was secouded Uy T. Koberna, and unanimously approved. Variance Granted. <br />3. Randall Maxunovich; 23684 Delmere: <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request a 58.56 square foot variance to construct shed in excess of <br />2% of the rear yard area (113 5.02 d-1). Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 113 5.02 (d-1). <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was administered to Mr. <br />Maximovich. Mr. Gomersall reviewed the variance being requested. Mr. Maximovich showed the <br />board members on the plot plan wluch side was in need of the variance. Tlus will be strictly for <br />storage purposes. Right now I cau't get my car in the garage because there is no room. Mr. <br />Gomersall asked if there were auy questions from the board memUers or the audience. No further <br />questions were asked. <br />J. Malouey moved to grant Randall Maximovich; 23684 Delmere, a 58.56 square foot variance to <br />construct shed in excess of 2% of the rear yard area (1135.02 d-1). Violation of Ord. 90-125, <br />Section 1135.02 (d-1). The motion was seconded by T. Koberua, and unanimously approved. <br />Variance Granted. <br />4. George Kamavas: 24373 Lebern; <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request a 14 foot, 2 inch rear setback variauce to construct <br />addition (1135.08). Violation of Ord. 90-125, Sectiou 1135.08. <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was administered to Mr. <br />Kamavas. Mr. Gomersall reviewed the request to add an addition and asked if there were any <br />questions from the board or audience. No further questions were asked. <br />T. Koberna moved to grant George Karnavas: 24373 Lebem; his request for a 14 foot, 2 inch rear <br />setback variance to construct an addition. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.08. The motion <br />was seconded by J. Kremzar and unanimously approved. Variance Granted. <br />5. Pauline J. Larson (Wells) 5955 Burns Road, Representative; Garry Foreman, 5971 Bu.rns Road): <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request variance to maintain an accessory use building on a <br />property that does not contain a dwelling. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.02. Accessory <br />use buildings are not permitted prior to the construcrion of the dwelling. <br />Chainnan Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was administered to Mr. <br />& Mrs. Foreman, Ms. Larson/Wells, Mr. Wells, Ms. Lally, Mrs. Cooney, Mr. & Mrs. Dorony, and <br />Mr. Lieb. Mr. Gomersall asked who represents this case. Ms. Larson suggested the property was <br />suppose to be put in my name at the end of June. Once it is put into my name I intend on selling it to <br />the neighbors Mr. & Mrs. Foreman, and they would like to keep the garage. Mr. Foreman indicated
