.? <br />, :i . . . . <br />7. Sunnyside Tovota 26890 Lorain Road: <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request the following signage variances: <br />(1) A three (3") inch height variance for wall sign #1 (1163.12-A) <br />(2) A variance to install 3 wall signs (1163.12-A); and <br />(3) A variance for 54.84 square feet variance in excess of maximum sign face area allowed <br />(1163.11-A) Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section(s) 1163.12 (A) and 1163.11 (A). <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was admiuistered <br />to Tim Groh, Kirt Frye. Mr. Gomersall read allowed the variances being asked for. Mr. Groh <br />stated through other meetings the building has been approved for a redesign. Mr. Frye is going <br />through Image USA to up-grade the entire facility. The first variance we need is on the <br />Toyota logo, which is 4'ft. 3"inches in height, the sign total is 4'ft. in height. We will need a <br />3"inch variance. The second variance is a request for 3 wall signs which will be on the front <br />of the building, consisting of the logo in front of the Toyota letterirag which is the second sign, <br />and the Sunnyside sign identifier which is requ.ired by the Image USA programmer. Mr. <br />Gomersall asked if any board members had any questions, and stated he had no problem with <br />the proposaL No further questions were asked. <br />T. Koberna moved to grant Sunnyside Toyota 26890 Lorain Road, the following signage <br />variances: (1) A three (3") inch height variance for wall sign # 1(1163.12-A) <br />(2) A variance to install 3 wall signs (1163.12-A) <br />(3) A variance for 54.84 square feet variance in excess of maximum sign face area allowed <br />(1163.11-A) Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section(s) 1163.12 (A) and 1163.11 (A). The motion <br />was seconded by J. Molony and unanimously approved. Variances Granted. <br />8. Rini Rego, 4700 Great Northern Blvd.: <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request a 24 square foot variance for excess signage for a <br />business unit. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1163.11-C. <br />Chairinan Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was administered <br />to Tim Groh. Mr. Gomersall read allowed the variances being asked for, and asked if there <br />were any questions for Mr. Crroh. No questions were asked. <br />W. Kremzar moved to grant Rini Rego, 4700 Great Northern Blvd. a 24 square foot variance <br />for excess signage for a business unit. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1163.11-C. <br />The motion was seconded by J. Konold and unanimously approved. Variance Granted. <br />9. Rock R. Creadon, 29960 Broxbourne Road: <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request a 1362 squaxe foot variance to construct garage in <br />excess of the 750 square foot maximum area permitted. <br />Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.02 (C-3). <br />Chairinan Goinersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was admiuistered <br />to Rock Creaden, Cynthia Creaden, Leona Creaden, and Albert shimelonis, a concerned <br />neighbor. Mr. Shimelonis Stated I would ]ike to give the board members two letters from <br />neighbors that are apposed to the variance being asked for, as well as one from me. Mr. <br />Gomersall stated this request has been addressed by this board before and it was denied, so <br />what has changed or is different now. Mr. Creaden stated we now have three drivers in the
