<br />11. Daniel McKav, 5586 Whitehaven: <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request the following variances to construct garage: a five <br />(5) foot rear setback variance (1135.02 C-2) and a 220' square foot variance for excess lot <br />coverage (1135.02 D-2). Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.02 C-2 and 1135.02 D-2. <br />Chairman GomersaU called all interested parties before the board. The oath was administered <br />to Daniel McKay who presented the proposaL The reason I would like to have the garage <br />behind the house is because it is mostly woods in that back area, it would give us more <br />backyard space, and be out of the way. Mr. GomersaU stated I don't have a problem with this <br />at all. <br />J. Konold moved to grant Daniel McKay, 5586 Whitehaven the following variances to <br />construct garage: (1). A five (5) foot rear setback variance (1135.02 C-2) (2). A 220 square <br />foot variance for excess lot coverage (1135.02 D-2). Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section <br />1135.02 C-2 and 1135.02 D-2. The motion was.seconded by W. Kremzar and unanimously <br />.4 <br />approved. Variance Granted. <br />12. Photo Memories, 23887 Lorain Road: <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request a variance to erect a tenaporary (froan May 13, 1998 <br />to May 18, 1998) mobile, 4' X 8', changeable copy, non-illuminated sign which is prohibited <br />by code. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1163.12 (G). <br />Chau-ma.n Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was administered <br />to William Nau. Mr. Gomersall inquired as to were the siga would be placed. By these plans <br />it looks like it is in the middle of the parldng lot. W. Nau stated I spoke to Mr. O'Connell <br />and lie said we had to be 10'ft. back from the side walk. Mr. GomersaU asked what is the size <br />of the sign. Mr. Nau stated it is a 4'ft. x 8'ft. sign. Mr. Gomersall stated I would prefer it to <br />be on the nortliern front setback the part of the property not within the triangular area. <br />R. Gomersall moved to grant Photo Memories, 23887 Lorain Road a variance to erect a <br />temporary (from May 13, 1998 to May 18, 1998) mobile, 4' X 8', changeable copy, non- <br />illuminated sign which is prohibited by code. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1163.12 (G). <br />further the location of the sign be 35'ft. from the driveway outside of the triangular area <br />beyond the sidewalk. The motion was seconded by W. Kremzar and unanimously approved <br />Variance Granted. 13. Latina & Latina Bu.ilders. (Hvnnan Builders). Pronertv located between Tree Lane, Woodview <br /> <br />Drive and West 231 Street. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). <br />1135.08 (a) Miuimum rear yard depth is 50' proposed dwelling will be 45' from the rear line <br />request a 5 ft. variance. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.08 (a) <br />Note: several variances were granted on the following dates: 2/11/98, and 12/3/97. <br />Chairmau GomersaU called all interested parties before the board. The oath was administered <br />to Anthony Latina, who presented the proposal, asking for a 5 foot variance. Mr. Koberna <br />stated you have been here three times now haven't we gone over this before. Mr. Latina <br />stated this is not in the variance's that have been granted in the past. This is an interior lot that <br />backs up to our own home. Mr. Koberna stated I thought for sure we gave these to you
