Mr. and Mrs. Spence residing on the other side of the street were concerned about visual clutter. Mr. Chelednik explained there are shrubs planted which create a visual barrier during the summer months. Mr. Giordano a tenant in the back would appreciate the use of this shed to store some of his tools. Mr. Koberna questioned the height of the proposed shed and Mr. Chelednik advised they would have eight foot walls with a gable. Assistant Building Commissioner Rymarczyk advised the maximu.m height permitted is 12 feet. The vinyl siding will match the house. Mr. Chelednik clarified this will not be a garage. 7.
