' <br />Note: the existing shed of 192 square feet and the proposed shed of 240 square feet would result <br />in a combined total of 432 square feet of shed, or 232 square feet more than the maximum of 200 <br />square feet allowed under ordinance. <br />Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section Sections 1135.02(d)(1) and 1135.02(d)(5). <br />Vice-Chairman Maloney called all interested parties before the board. The oath was administered <br />to: Mr. Chelednik; Mr./Mrs. Spence; and Mr. Criordano. Mr. Chelednik stated the proposal is for <br />a 240 square foot storage shed for the purpose of storing miscellaneous equipment. There is an <br />existing shed and garage on this property and Mr. Chelednik explained tools are stored in the shed <br />and there are two vehicles in the garage. Mr. Konold questioned if this is a business as the lot is <br />narrow. Mr. Cheled.nik advised his father purchased a ricling mower to maintain the lawn but does <br />not have ample storage space. Mr. and Mrs. Spence residing on the other side of the street were <br />concerned about visual clutter. Mr. Chelednik explained there are shrubs planted which create a <br />visual barrier during the summer months. Mr. Giordano a tenant in the back would appreciate the <br />use of this shed to store some of his tools. Mr. Koberna questioned the height of the proposed <br />shed and Mr. Chelednik advised they would have eight foot walls with a gable. Assistant Building <br />Commissioner Rymarczyk advised the maximu.m height permitted is 12 feet. The vinyl siding will <br />match the house. Mr. Chelednik clarified this will not be a garage. <br />7. Maloney moved to grant F. & V.
