Mr.
Spalding questioned the difference between the old color of the building and the new. Mr. Babits
indicated that the colors were more beige/cream, the corporation has updated the color since
1982 when the building was first constructed. They would like to give the outside of the building
a new appearance this year and next year Chi-Chi's would like to do interior changes. Mr. Tallon
questioned if there were any questions from the committee or audience members. Councilman
McKay indicated he would like to see the color samples of the paint. Mr. Tallon had the Regional
manager turn the display board so that everyone in the audience could have a good look at the
changes that had been made. Mr. McKay remarked that he really wasn't a fan of the color purple.
