In the <br />framing of the motion Mr. Conway suggested the building department would review the building and decide <br />if the case should go to the Architectural Review Board. The clerk announced that Daewoo would attend <br />the next Board of Zoning Appeals meeting scheduled for May 6, 1999, at 7:30pm, and that no further <br />notices would be sent out. The motion was seconded by K. O' Rourke and unanimously approved. Motion <br />Carried. <br />III. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />1) Jim Held- Lot Split Plat (Revised): <br />The proposal is to divide permanent Parcel Number 231-21-009 into two parcels. The location is the "L" <br />shaped lot adjoining the corner lot at the southeast corner of Walter Road and South Oxford Oval. Zoning <br />is C-Residence, Single entirely and both proposed parcels conform to frontage, depth and area requirements <br />of the Zoning Code. Note: 1) A similar proposal was approved by Plaiining Commission on October 27, <br />1998; however the plat was not recorded. 2) This case was tabled at the March 9, 1999 meeting. <br />Vice Chairman Brennan called all interested parties forward and reviewed the proposal that was requested. <br />Mr. Held the owner of the property was present to review his plans. He indicated he would be building a <br />new home that he would occupy. The new plans were submitted so the two lots could be squared of£ The <br />new home would be a ranch type home. Mr. Deichmann suggested that both lots conformed to the setback <br />requirements. The only change is that the dividing line is now straight. Mr. Brennan reviewed that both <br />lots would conform to the code, and that the previous house had been removed as well as the garage. No <br />further comments were made. <br />T.
