`J W. Kremzar motioned to approve Mr. & Mrs. Rick Busse of 6225 Winding Creek Lane his request for <br />variance (1123.12) as amended and agree.d upon. Which consists of a pool deck and that the following <br />variance be granted: <br />1) A 364 square foot or (11.8%) variance for a pool deck, (code pernuts 616sq ft or (20%), applicant <br />shows 980sq ft, (31.8). Which .is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1135.02 D2). Also with the <br />condition that a 6 foot high fence be put in place 73 feet along the rear property line within the next 30 <br />days. Note: NTr. Gareau commented that the amendment of this application is conditioned upon the <br />construction of a 6-foot fence. Varnance Granted. <br />7. James Kozsey; 24174 Vincent Drive: <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Proposal consists of adding a deck/patio room to existing home. <br />The following variances are required: <br />1) An 8 foot rear yard variance for a three season patio room, (code requires 50ft, applicant shows 42ft), <br />(1135.08 A). <br />2) A lfoot 6 inch variance for setback from dwelling to garage, (code requires 15ft, applicant shows 13ft <br />6"), (1135.02 C2). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1135.08 A) and (1135.02 C2). <br />Acting Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward, and reviewed the variances requested. Mr. <br />Kozsey, came forward to review his request. Mr. Kozsey indicated that he currently had a slab patio and <br />he would like to have a raised deck with a patio room that would be attached to his home. The proposed <br />structure would effect the rear property line as well as the distance of the garage. Mr. Maloney asked if <br />the enclosure would be metal and glass. Mr. Kozsey indicated that was correct. Mr. Maloney indicated <br />that he didn't have a problem with the request and asked if there were any further comments from the <br />board. No further comments were made. <br />J. Mr. <br />Rozenshtawkh, the owner and Mr. Arnaut, the contractor came forward to review their request. Mr. <br />Maloney indicated that he had no comments and asked if there were any questions from the board. No <br />further comments were made. <br />J. The motion was seconded by T. Koberna and <br />unanimously approved. Variance Granted. <br />9
