Mr. Leonard,
the architect came forward to present Mr. Zeager's requests. Mr. Gomersall reviewed that Mr. Zeager's
proposal had been tabled at the July 1, 1999, meeting because neither the architect nor the owner was
present to represent the proposal. He commented that a representative needed to be present as the board
might or may not have questions regarding the proposal. Mr. Leonard apologized and indicated that there
had been a misunderstanding as to who was to attend the meeting. Mr. Gomersall asked if there were any
questions from the board members. Mr. Koberna asked Mr. Leonard to identify the exact location of the
addition as the current plans showed two different locations. Mr. Leonard indicated that the owners had
first wanted to have a second garage but then decided to expand the existing garage which fronts Vincent
Drive thereby requiring the variance for the front yard setback.
