? <br />, ., <br />1) A 1.6 foot variance for height of 72 feet of chain link fence (code permits 2.6ft high appl.icant requests 4ft <br />high. Note: fence will run from the front of the house to the sidewallc. <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1135.02 F 4). The motion was seconded by W. Kremzar and <br />unanunously approved. Variance Granted. <br />3. William Plichta; 30859 Windy Hollow Lane: <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Proposal consists of a fence. <br />The following variance is required: <br />1) A 2 foot height variance to install an 8 foot high fence (code allows 6ft, applicant request 8ft). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1135.02 F1). <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties forward and reviewed the variance being requested. Mr. <br />Plichta, and Mr. Latas, a concerned neighbor came forward. Mr. Gomersall indicated that the members had <br />visited the site and understood why the request was made. He indicated that an 8 foot high fence was an unusual <br />request but understood why it was needed. Mr. Kremzar asked if the neighbor present minded the fence being <br />allowed. Mr. Latas indicated he had no objections to the fence being allowed. No further comments were made. <br />W. Kremzar motioned to approve William Plichta of 30859 Windy Hollow Lane his request for variance <br />(1123.12). Which consists of a fence and that the following variance be granted: <br />1) A 2 foot height variance to install an 8 foot high fence (code allows 6ft, applicant request 8ft). <br />Which is ui violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1135.02 F1). The motion was seconded by T. Koberna and <br />unanimously approved. Variance Granted. <br />4. Les Lappe; 28702 Hollv Drive: <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Proposal consists of an addition to the existing home. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />1) An 18 foot rear yard setback variance (code requires SOft, applicant shows 32ft). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1135.08 A). <br />Chaiinian Gomersall called all interested parties forward and reviewed the variance being requested. Mr. & <br />Mrs. Lappe came forward to present their proposal. Mr. Gomersall indicted he had no questions and asked if <br />there tivere any questions from the other board members. Mr. Maloney indicated that he understood why the <br />variance was being requested. He strongly suggested that the building department would need to make sure a <br />firewall was put in place as the addition would be so close to the garage. Mr. Rymarczyk indicated that the <br />building department would need additional drawings before the pernut would be issued. Mr. Gomersall <br />questioned if the applicants knew what additional drawings were required. He suggested iVlr. Lappe contact the <br />building department to find out what exactly would be needed. No further comments were made. ? <br />J. Konold motioned to approve Les Lappe of 28702 Holly Drive his request for variance (1123.12). Which <br />consists of an addition to the existing home and that the following variance be granted: <br />1) An 18 foot rear yard setback variance (code requires SOft, applicant shows 32ft). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1135.08 A). Proposal consists of a shed. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />1) A 40 square foot variance for exceeding the maximum square footage allowed (code pernuts 200sq ft, <br />applicant request 240sq ft). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1135.02 D1). <br />2
