Gomersall motioned to table Terry Zeager of 23723 Vincent Dr., until the next regularly scheduled meeting.
The motion was seconded by W. Kremzar and unanimously approved. Case Tabled.
Mr. Koberna indicated that he would like to address the issue of aJc condensers being placed on the side of
resident's homes. He indicated that condensers are made quitter than what they were in the past. He believes
there is a hardship considering that the additional piping for the condensers could be an additional cost to the
applicant, if the design of the home is not equipped to add a condenser to the back. Mr. Gomersall indicated that
the noise is a nuisance and if it is just for convenience then the board should not allow the condenser to be placed
on the side of a home. Mr. Gareau indicated that maybe something could be written to address the noise level of
the condensers so that if it meets the allowable sound decibels and the sideyard setbacks they would be allowed
by right. Mr. Rymarczyk indicated that a/c condensers are allowed on the side of the home, if it does not
encroach upon the sideyard setback. The code does not indicate that the condenser has to be in the back of the
house. Mr. Gomersall asked that the building department includes the decibel level or something of that nature
that would indicate if the condensing unit would be quit enough. Mr. Rymarczyk indicated that he would bring
up the boards concerns to the Building Commissioner.
IV ADJOURNMENT
Meeting adjourned at 8:45 PM.
Robert Uomersall, Chairman
Rote, Clerk of Commissions
8
