r <br />4. Mr. & Mrs. Pete Solanics (Wagner Home Improvement); 26502 Waterburv Circle: <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of adding a 3-season room to home. The <br />following variance is requested: . <br />1) A 10.33 foot variance for rear yard setback (code requires 50 feet, applicant shows 39.67 <br />feet). Wluch is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, 1135.08. <br />Chairman, Maloney called all interested parties forward and reviewed the request. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Larry Wagner, the Contractor who came forward to review the request. Mr. <br />Wagner indicated that the addition would be a 12x20 three-season room. There will be no <br />heating or air conditioning in the room, just basic electricity. No further comments were made. <br />W. Kremzar motioned to approve Pete Solanics of 26502 Waterbury Circle their request for <br />variance (1123.12). Which consists of an addition of a 3-season room and that the following <br />variance be granted: A 10.33 foot variance for rear yard setback (code requires 50 feet, applicant <br />shows 39.67 feet). The motion was seconded by, J. Konold and unanimously approved. Variance <br />Granted. <br />5. Larrv & Michelle Chuppa; 4463 Williamstown Dr. <br />Request for variance (1_123.12). The proposal consists of side porch addition. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />1) A 7 foot 6 inch variance -for side yard setback (corner lot) (code requires 25 ft, applicant <br />shows 17 ft. 6 inches). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, 1135,06 B. <br />Chairman, Maloney called all interested parties forward and reviewed the request. The oath was <br />administered to Larry and Michelle Chuppa, the owners whom came forward to review the <br />request. Mr. Chuppa explained that they are building a porch up front and would like to carry it <br />around the corner of his existing colonial home. He added that the porch will have a roof. Mr. <br />Maloney questioned what the owner would be doing about the water and gas meters on the side <br />of the home. Mr. Chuppa explained that he would be having the Gas Company move the gas <br />meter and the water meter should not be a problem. There were no further questions. <br />J. Konold motioned to approve Larry and Michelle Chuppa of 4463 Williamstown Dr. their <br />request for variance (1123.12). Which consists of a side porch addition and that the following <br />variance be granted: <br />1) A 7 foot 6 inch variance for side yard setback (corner lot) (code requires 25 ft, applicant <br />shows 17 ft. 6 inches). The proposal consists of constructing a shed. <br />1) A 5 foot variance for rear yard setback (code requires 10 ft, applicant shows 5 ft), section <br />(113 5.02 (D) (4)). <br />2) A 36 square foot variance for maximum square footage for a shed (code pernuts 84 sq. ft, <br />applicant shows 120 sq. ft), section (1135.02 (ID) (1)). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, 1135.02 D 4, and 1135.02 D 1. , <br />Chairman, Maloney called all interested parties forward and reviewed the request. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Carsey, the owner who came forward to review the request. Mr. Carsey <br />3
