' T. Koberna motioned to approve George Hancy of 3130 Olmsted Dr. his request for variance <br />(1123.12). Which consists of a new addition to an existing home and that the following <br />variance be granted: <br />1. A 9 foot variance for rear yard setback, (code requires SOft applicant shows 41ft). <br />A special permit to add to a non-conforming building, (section 1165.02). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections, (1135.08 A) and (1165.02). The motion was <br />seconded by, W. Kremzar and unanimously approved. Variance & Special Permit <br />Granted. <br />4. Mircea Faur; 27390 Lusandra Circle: <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of the addition of a 3-season room. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />1) A 17 foot variance for rear yard setback, (code requires SOft applicant shows 33ft). <br />Request for special permit to add to a non-conforming building, (section 1165.02). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1135.08 (a)) and 1165.02). <br />Vice Chairman, Maloney called all interested parties forward and reviewed the request. The <br />oath was administered to Mr. Larry Wagner, the Contractor who came forward to review the <br />request. Mr. Wagner indicated that the addition would be a 12x20 three-season room. There <br />will be no heating or air conditioning in the room. The lot is an odd shape. No further <br />comments were made. <br />J. The proposal consists of a fence. <br />The following variances are requested: <br />1. A 13 foot variance for side yard setback on corner lot, (code requires 25ft, applicant <br />shows 12ft). <br />2. A 1 foot 6-inch variance for height of 88feet of fence in side yard setback, (code permits <br />2ft 61nch, applicant shows 4ft). <br />3. A variance for 88 feet of fence in side yard setback which is under 50% open, (code <br />requires 50% applicant shows under 50%). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections (1135.02 F-2 & F-1). <br />Vice Chairman, Maloney called all interested partiee forward and reviewed the request. The <br />oath was administered to Mr. Scharfele, and Mr. & Mrs. Fisher, concerned neighbors whom <br />came forward to review the request. Mr. Scharfele indicated that they would like a fence and <br />their home is on a corner lot. The entire fence will be less than 50% open. Along the back of <br />the lot the fence will be 6 feet high, and along the sides the fence will be 4 feet high and <br />gradually work its way up to a 6 foot height. The fence will also be less than 25 feet from the <br />sidewalk and code requires it to be 25 feet. Mr. Maloney indicated that on the north side yard <br />3
