' T. Koberna motioned to approve George Hancy of 3130 Olmsted Dr. his request for variance (1123.12). Which consists of a new addition to an existing home and that the following variance be granted: 1. A 9 foot variance for rear yard setback, (code requires SOft applicant shows 41ft). A special permit to add to a non-conforming building, (section 1165.02). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections, (1135.08 A) and (1165.02). The motion was seconded by, W. Kremzar and unanimously approved. Variance & Special Permit Granted. 4. Mircea Faur; 27390 Lusandra Circle: Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of the addition of a 3-season room. The following variance is requested: 1) A 17 foot variance for rear yard setback, (code requires SOft applicant shows 33ft). Request for special permit to add to a non-conforming building, (section 1165.02). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1135.08 (a)) and 1165.02). Vice Chairman, Maloney called all interested parties forward and reviewed the request. The oath was administered to Mr. Larry Wagner, the Contractor who came forward to review the request. Mr. Wagner indicated that the addition would be a 12x20 three-season room. There will be no heating or air conditioning in the room. The lot is an odd shape. No further comments were made. J. The following variances are requested: 1. A 13 foot variance for side yard setback on corner lot, (code requires 25ft, applicant shows 12ft). 2. A 1 foot 6-inch variance for height of 88feet of fence in side yard setback, (code permits 2ft 61nch, applicant shows 4ft). 3. A variance for 88 feet of fence in side yard setback which is under 50% open, (code requires 50% applicant shows under 50%). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections (1135.02 F-2 & F-1). Vice Chairman, Maloney called all interested partiee forward and reviewed the request. The oath was administered to Mr. Scharfele, and Mr. & Mrs. Fisher, concerned neighbors whom came forward to review the request. Mr. Scharfele indicated that they would like a fence and their home is on a corner lot. The entire fence will be less than 50% open. Along the back of the lot the fence will be 6 feet high, and along the sides the fence will be 4 feet high and gradually work its way up to a 6 foot height.
