ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman, Gomersall called the meeting to order at 7:30pm. <br />PRESENT: Chairman, R. Gomersall, Board members, T. Koberna, J. Maloney, J. <br />Konold, and W. Kremzar. <br />ALSO PRESENT Law Director, M. Gareau, Building Commissioner, D. Conway, <br />and Clerk of Commissions, D. Rote. <br />II. REVEEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: . The Board of Zoning and <br />Appeals minutes of 7une 7, 2000 have been submitted for review. <br />Mr. Gomersall indicated that on page two, fourth line down he would like the <br />word "allowed' stricken. He questioned if there were any other corrections or <br />additions to the June 7, 2000 minutes. No further comments were made. <br />J. Konold motioned to approve the June 7, 2000 Board of Zoning Appeals minutes <br />as corrected. The motion was seconded by W. Kremzar and unanimously <br />approved. Chairman Gomersall advised that each case would be judged on the physical <br />situation peculiar to itself, so that in no way is a judgment rendered considered to <br />be a general policy judgment a.ffecting properties and like situations elsewhere. He <br />explained that it would take three affirmative votes to approve a request. All <br />permits and or variances granted may be picked up Wednesday in the building <br />department. <br />III. BUII.,DING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />1. David John Van Sach; 5059 Dou la? s Dr• <br />Request for variance 1123.12. The proposal consists of shed installation. The <br />following variances are requested: ` <br />1. A 7 foot variance for rear setback (code requires 10 foot, applicant shows 3 <br />foot) section 1135.02.- 2. A 2 foot variance for side.yard setbacks (code requires 5 foot, applicant shows <br />3 foot) section 1135.02. <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125, section 1135.02. NOTE: Due to a clerical <br />error, this proposal is being reviewed a second time. <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties forward to review the variances <br />requested. The oath was administered to Mr. & Mrs. Van Sach the owners who <br />came forward to review the request. Mr. Van Sach presented pictures to the <br />board members to view. He indicated that there was a natural swell as well as <br />trees in the rear of his yard which dictated were the shed would be placed. If the
