The following variances are requested: <br />1. A 68 foot 6 inch variance for front yard setback (code requires 75 feet, <br />applicant shows 6 foot 6 inches) section 1139.07 <br />2. A 10 foot variance for side. yard setback (code requires 10 foot, applicant <br />shows 0 foot) section 1139.07. Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section 1139.07: The motion was seconded by <br />J. Maloney and unanimously approved. Variances Granted. <br />Chairman Gomersall questioned if there was anyone present to discuss the James <br />Lumber request. As no one came forward he tabled the request and asked the <br />clerk to send a letter to the applicant. <br />Chairman Gomersall announced that the September meeting would be held August <br />31, 2000 as he could not make the September date. IV.
