Parking Requirements for Shonning Centers, (tJrban Land Institute, 1982) . <br />• Various other data sources in my office. <br />I am familiar with North Olmsted and Great Northem Ma11 area, having conducted other <br />professional studies in the area and as an occasional shopper. I conducted a brief windshield <br />evaluation of current conditions on May 18. Background The owner; RNA Advisors Inc., represented by Simon Properiy Group, plans new construction <br />which will extend the footprint of the Ma11 into an existing parking lot area (as shown on the <br />Development Plan).
