Councilman, McKay each whom came forward to review the request. Mr. <br />Wasylyshyn showed pictures to the board members to review. The fence will be <br />chain link and almost identical to the neighbors fence. The neighbors existing <br />fence is about 2feet from the sidewalk. If they comply with the ordinance, the <br />fence will be in the middle of the yard. As the fence is, chain link vehicles will be <br />able to see through the fence when they travel around the corner. Mrs. <br />Wasylyshyn suggested that the corner is also a cul-de-sac so there is not much <br />traffic at the corner. Mr. Maloney questioned if the fence would end at the corner <br />of the home. Mr. Wasylyshyn indicated Mr. Maloney -was correct. Mrs. Peffer <br />indicated that she would like to see the fence placed where they are suggesting. <br />They have walked it off with the Wasylyshyn's and it will not obstruct traffic. <br />Councilman McKay indicated that he was also present to support the applicant's <br />request. <br />W. Kremzar motioned to approve Michael Wasylyshyn of 24695 Arlington Rd. lus <br />request for variance 1123.12. Which consists of installing a chain link fence and <br />that the following variance be granted: A 23-foot variance for side yard setback on <br />a corner lot (code requires 25 feet, applicant shows 2 feet). Which is in violation <br />of Ord. 90-125 section 1135.02 (f)(2). The motion was seconded by, J. Konold <br />and unanimously approved. '6Tariance Granted. . <br />6. Andrew Plowman5651 Porter Rd. Request for variance 1123.12. The proposal consists of installation of a shed. The <br />following variance is requested: A 46 square foot variance for square footage <br />allowed for a shed (code permits 74sqft, applicant shows 120sqft). Which is in <br />violation of Ord. 90-125 section 1135.02 (d)(1). <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties forward to.review the variances <br />requested. The oath was administered to Mr. Plowman the owner and the son <br />James Plowman whom came forward to review the request. Mr. James Plowman <br />indicated that they have many yard tools which they need to place somewhere to <br />keep them out of the elements. Mr. Gomersall indicated that the applicant only <br />needed a variance for the size of the shed and complied to all other code <br />requirements. He questioned if there were any comments from the other board <br />members or audience members. No further comments were made. <br />J. Konold motioned to approve Andrew Plowman of 5651 Porter Rd. his request <br />for variance 1123.12. Which consists of installation of a shed and that the <br />following variance be granted: A 46 squaxe foot variance for overage in square <br />footage allowed for a shed (code permits 74sqft, applicant shows 120sqft). Which <br />is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section 1135.02 (d)(1). The motion was seconded <br />by, W. Kremzar and unanimously approved. Varaance Granted. <br />7. Richard J.
