Which consists of installation of a shed and that the
following variance be granted: A 15 square foot variance for shed (code permits
65 square feet, applicant shows 8,0 square foot). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-
125 section 1135.02 (d)(1). The motion was seconded by, T. Koberna and
unanimously approved. Variance Granted.
4. Mr.
McCristall indicated that they would like to add to their existing family room: Mr.
Gomersall questioned if the neighbor had any objection. Mr. Pfisterer indicated
that he would just like to see what he would be agreeing too. Mr. Gareau
indicated that the request should also reflect that a special perniit to add to a non-
conforming building would be needed. The only reason the applicant's need a
variance is because the existing building is non-conforming. The board could just
amend the request.
