Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections, (1139.07), (1139.08 A), (1165.02) and (1165.02 B 1). The mo.tion was seconded by W. Kremzar and unanimously approved. •? <br />Variances Granted. ? <br />11. Brooklor Shopping Center - 25905-26035 Lorain Rd.: <br />Request for variance 1123.12. The proposal consists of a truck-loading zone. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />A variance for a truck loading zone in the front yard. <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125, section 1161.13(b). <br />Vice Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward and reviewed the variances <br />requested. The oath was administered to Mr. Beder, the Chief Operator of Stark <br />Enterprises, who came forward to review request. Mr. Beder suggested that the shopping <br />center was in the process of being improved, T J Max will be expanded and the Golf <br />Galaxy will be where Sun Appliances was located. There has always been loading along <br />Lorain Road. Golf Galaxy needs a fire exit door on the Lorain Road side of the building. <br />Therefore the door will be an overhead man door to use as the loading dock as well as the <br />fire exit. A planter box will be designed to hide the door and improve the appearance <br />along Lorain Road. We are hoping to change the loading dock area that Sun Appliance <br />used to accommodate a general retailer. Mr. Kremzar questioned if the next retailer <br />would front on Lorain .Road. Mr. Beder indicated that Mr. Kremzar was correct. Mr. <br />Rymarczyk questioned when the landscape planters would be put fln place. Mr. Beder <br />suggested that they would be started witlun 30 days of approval. Mr. Rymarczyk <br />suggested that the board could make the variance contingent upon the landscaping in their <br />motion. <br />J. Konold motioned to approve_Brooklor Shopping Center of - 25905-26035 Lorain Rd. <br />their request for variance 1123.12. Which consists of a truck-loading zone and that the <br />following variance be granted contingent upon the landscaping plans being started within <br />30 days of Councils approval: A variance for a truck loading zone in the front yard. <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125, section 1161.13(b). The motion was seconded by <br />W. Kremzar and unanimously approved. Variance Granted. <br />NOTE: The following students were present at the Board of Zoning Appeals meeting for <br />their North Olmsted high school government class: Gautam Rajan and Molly Thomson. <br />IV.
