1 • <br />J <br />V <br />vi <br />VII <br />VIII <br />IX <br />with other city officials and would like to request that the proposal be tabled until further notice. <br />Mr. Hreha questioned whom they would lilce to talk to about the rezoning. Mr. Grendel <br />suggested that they would like to speak to Council inembers, the Mayor, Law Department and the <br />City Engineer. Mr. Dubelko indicated that he thought Mr. Grendel made a good suggestion as <br />ultimately Council will have to do the rezoning. Mr. Koeth suggested that the board would like <br />to see the zoning (A-single family) and for future housing to the east, they would like to see the <br />same. If that would be a new growth area for North Olmsted why not make it A-single family <br />zoning. Mr. Grendal reviewed the pros and cons of A-single family rezoning appeased to B-single <br />family zonina. Mr. Allan suggested that the applicants look hard at rezoning the lots to A- single <br />family residential. <br />R. Koeth motioned to table Cinnamon Lake Subdivision, Preliminary Plat, which is to subdivide <br />permanent parcel No. 264-07-025 (recently annexed), located south of Cook Road and east of <br />Bronson Road, into forty four (44) B-Residential sublots and two (2) Remnant blocks. Note: 1) <br />That Re-Zoning (item No.2, this agenda) is required. 2) This will be tabled until further notice. <br />The motion was seconded by, K. O'Rourke and unaniinously approved. Pa-oposal Tabled until <br />further notice. <br />2. Cinnamon Lake Subdivision; Rezoning Request. <br />The proposal is to Re-Zone permanent parcel No. 264-07-025, located south off Cook Road and <br />east of Bronson Road, to B-Residence, Single entirely, to accommodate the proposed subdivision <br />(as noted in item 1, this agenda). Note: This proposal was tabled at the Planning Commission <br />meeting dated October 24 and November 14, 2000. <br />Note: This proposal was discussed and tabled until further notice with the above.. <br />COMMUNICATIONS: <br />R. Koeth motioned to cancel December 26, 2000 Planning Coirunission meeting in view of the <br />holidays. The motion was seconded by, K.
