Mr. Deichmann indicated that regarding the lot split, the approval clause on <br />the plat are not correct. He indicated that the applicant needs the approval of Planning <br />Commission Chairman, the Engineer, Service Director, Law Director, and Clerk of <br />Council. Secondly, as far as the site development, the City would be looking for sidewalk <br />installation within the rightaway of Brookpark road. Mr. Lydon indicated that sidewalks <br />would be fine. NIr. Koeth indicated that something should be done with the land even <br />though it is green space. Mr. Tallon indicated that the Board wants to receive a guarantee <br />that they would get proper landscaping, buffering, and mounding, etc. Mr. Tallon <br />questioned if the applicants have to come back to Planning Commission for the parking lot. <br />Mr. Dubelko replied "yes." Mr. Lydon indicated he would come back with all new site <br />plans. No further comments were made. <br />R. Tallon motioned to accept the proposal of Fairview Corporate Center Lot Split Plat; <br />The proposal is to split, at the North Olmsted / Fairview Corporation line, permanent parcel <br />numbers 237-23-023, 025, 037, 041 and 049, land located between Brookpark Rd. (north <br />side) and I-480 (south side), and extending eastward from Clague Road into the City of <br />Fairview Park. Zoning within North Olmsted is Multiple Residence Entirety. NOTE: This <br />proposal was heard at the May 23, 2000 Planning Commission meeting and withdrawn by <br />the applicant. Additional data requested included. W. Dubelko indicated that it should be <br />conditioned on Council's acceptance and that the deed restrictions would be placed on the <br />City and deeded back to the Corporation. It should also include sidewalks on Brookpark <br />Road, buffering of the parking lot, and the landscaping of the green space area with <br />sufficient buffering and mounding and landscaping aesthetics that would be approved by <br />the Planning Commission and the Architectural Review Board when final plans are <br />submitted. He also indicated that the percentage would be 60% green space with 40% be <br />the parking. The plats would comply with the City of North Olmsted with the signatures <br />on it. OLD BUSINESS <br />Mr. Spalding reviewed that the next Master plan meeting would be June 30"'- Mr. Tallon <br />asked the Clerk to send a letter to Council that Planning Commission is still working on <br />the revision of the master plan and they will be forthcoming with a report as soon as <br />possible, but not before June 30th.
