ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman, Tallon called the meeting to order at 7:45 PM. <br />PRESENT: Chairman, Tallon, Board members, K. O'Rourke, R. Koeth, W. <br />Spalding, C. Allan and T. Hreha. <br />ABSENT: Board member, S. Asseff. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Assistant Law Director, J. Dubelko, City Engineer, P. <br />Diechmann and Clerk of Comtnissions, D. Rote. <br />II. REVEEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: The minutes of January 11, 2000 <br />Planning Commissions meeting have been submitted for approval. <br />R. Tallon motioned to approve the minutes as written. The motion was seconded <br />by K. O'Rourke and Unanimously approved. <br />Chairman Tallon explained that the meeting was moved to the conference room as <br />Council was holding a meeting in chambers and apologized for the delays. <br />III. BiJILD1NG DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />IV. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />1. Fish Furniture Consolidation Plat; <br />The proposal, which is required by the City to combine permanent parcels Nos. <br />231-29-014, 231-29-015 and 231-29-027 into one (1) parcel, which is the <br />current site of Fish Furniture Coinpany. Location is the North side of Lorain <br />Road West of Gessner Road. Zoning is Retail Business, General Entirely and <br />the proposal conforms to Zoning Code requirements for lot area, and is less <br />non-conforming to frontage requirements than currently exists. <br />Chairman Tallon called all interested parties forward to review their proposal. <br />Mr. Tallon thanked Mr. Yager for being present for the meeting and indicated <br />that the board understood the reason for the consolidation plat. The City of <br />North Olmsted has asked the applicants to consolidate the lots in question as <br />they are combining all the buildings on the lot. He further commented that the <br />remodeling was a welcoming proposal, which the City is eager to see, <br />completed as it will enhance the appearance of the area. Mr. Yager, the <br />Architect representing Fish Furniture thanked the chairman for his comments <br />and briefly reviewed the proposed changes.
