Eric & Luane Ford Lot Split: <br />The proposal is to re-align the rear portion of permanent parcel Numbers, 235-06-019 and <br />235-06-020 while maintaining the existing frontage of each parcel. Location is the east side of <br />Kennedy Ridge Road north of Butternut Ridge Road. Zoning is A-Residence, Single Entirely, <br />and the proposal conforms to requirements of the Zoning Code for lot frontage and area. <br />Acting Chairman Koeth called all interested parties forward to review their request. Mr. Ford <br />the owner and his son Mr. Doua Ford, came forward to review their request. Doug Ford <br />reviewed that once the lots are realigned they would like to build a home on one of the lots for <br />lumself and his wife. He reviewed that the current configuration of the lots would not <br />accommodate a home without requiring variances. Doug Ford reviewed the plans for the <br />corrunission. Mrs. O'Rourke questioned if the frontage would be sufficient. Doug Ford <br />indicated that the new home would be placed further back on the lot to make sure a variance <br />would not be needed. Mrs. O'Rourke questioned if the lot with the home currently in place <br />would be conforii-ung. Mr. Ford indicated that the lot would be a conforming lot. <br />R. Koeth inotioned to approve Eric & Luane Ford Lot Split: Their proposal to re-align the <br />rear portion of permanent parcel Numbers, 235-06-019 and 235-06-020 while maintaining the <br />existing frontage of each parcel. The motion was seconded by K. <br />O'Rourke and unanimously approved. Motion Carried. <br />2). North Ohn'sted Assemblv of God Church and William K. Askew, lot split and Assembly Plat: <br />The proposal is to combine and re-align permanent parcel numbers 231-32-006, 231-32-007, <br />231732-008 and 231-32-034 into two (2) parcels. Location is the west side of Columbia <br />Road south of Gessner Road and includes the present site of the Assembly of God Church and <br />two (2) Residential homes. Zoning is B-Residence, Single Entirely and the proposal conforms <br />to requirements of the Zoning Code for lot frontage and area. <br />Acting Chairman Koeth called all interested parties forward to review their request. Mr. <br />Mace, a Board member of the church came forward to review the Churches request. N1r. <br />Mace reviewed that the church purchased more property and they would like to incorporate <br />the new lot. There will be a fence erected between the church and the Aske'", home. Mrs. <br />O'Rourke questioned which property was purchased. Mr. Mace indicated that the church <br />purchased part of the Askew property and would like to combine the 2 parcels it now owns. <br />Mrs. Avils the neighbor who lives in the Askew home, indicated that the applicants are <br />suppose to put a fence up on the property around the house she currently lives in. Mr. Koeth <br />questioned where the Askew home was located on the site plan. Mrs. O'Rourke indicated <br />that the home was located on Columbia Road, which is the front parcel. Mrs. O'Rourke <br />reviewed that the church stated they would put up a fence between the home and the church. <br />N1r. Koeth reviewed that Planning Commission could not get involved with the fence at this <br />time, if the church built on the lot then board could recommended that a fence be put up. At <br />this time it is between the church and the owners of the home. 1VIr. Asseff questioned what <br />future plans the church had for the newly acquired lot.
