CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />"TOGETHER WE CAN NLAKE A DIFFERENCE!" <br />MASTER PLAN <br />1VIINU'Y'ES - MA12CH 23, 2000 <br />7:30 P.M. IN MAYORS CONFERENCE ROOM <br />I. ROLL CALL: <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:40pm. <br />PRESENT: R. Tallon, W. Spalding, P. Deichmann, T. Rymarczyk, and J. <br />Dubelko. <br />ABSENT: Board Members R. Koeth T. Hreha <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF NIlNUTES: The minutes of February 24, <br />2000 Master Plan meeting were approved as written. <br />III. COMIVIITTEE REPORTS: <br />The Board conducted a review of Focus Area A(the Eastern Brookpark / <br />Mastick Road area), as well as Parcel "E" Zoning. A possible mixed-use <br />classification was considered. It was decided that the best use would be <br />Office with Mixed-use as an acceptable alternative. <br />Reference was made to Map 8-6 in the Master Plan, Parcel number 40, located <br />behind the Bridlewood Apartment Complex. A recommendation to change <br />the zoning classification from Residential to Cluster Homes. It was also <br />recommended that the five lots in front of this parcel on the north side of <br />Kennedy Ridge, as well as other lots adjacent thereto on the north side of <br />Kennedy Ridge, could be rezoned to Cluster Use with Single Family <br />Residential as an acceptable alternative. <br />Reference was made to the same map, 8-6, for Parcel number 47, located on <br />the West Side of Clague Road opposite 1480 westbound exit. A possible <br />change to Cluster zoning for 8.6 acres was discussed. It was decided that the <br />best use would be Residential with Cluster as an acceptable alternative. <br />The next Master Plan Review board meeting will review Focus Area "D" of <br />the Master Plan. <br />V. ADJOURNMENT <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
