Commissioner about the board members going to the neighbor's home to talk
to her. Mr. Rymarczyk indicated that it would be up to the board. Mr.
Engoglia suggested that the issue be tabled and that the board members talk to
the neighbor. The board members do not want to be unreasonable but it would
not work having two fences side by side. Mr. Puzzitiello suggested using
landscaping along the property line for privacy. Mrs. Myers commented that
she did not feel that she was being treated fairly. Mr. Engoglia again offered to
speak with the neighbor. Mrs. Myers remarked that she spoke to her and she
does not want the fence removed. She does not want to see the neighbor
pressured. Mr. Puzzitiello again suggested landscaping. Mrs. Myers voiced
her frustration and left the meeting. The board members commented that they
could not allow two fences side by side.
P. Engoglia motioned to deny Lelia A. Myers of 4525 Gladland Ave.
her request for a variance to place a second fence along the north side of the
her property, (code does not allow additional fence if there is existing fence on
property line). Which is in violation of section 1369.03 (a) .(3). The motion
was seconded by R. Klesta and unanimously approved. Variance Denied.
IV. CONIMUNICATIONS:
V.
