f <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />"TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DY'ERENCE" <br />BOARD OF BUILDING CODE APPEALS <br />MINUTES - JUNE 15, 2000 <br />7:30 P.M. <br />IN THE COMMITTEE ROOM OF COUNCILS CHAMBERS <br />I. ROLL CALL: <br />Vice Chairman, R. Klesta called the meeting to order at 7:30pm. <br />PRESENT: Chairman, R. Puzzitiello, Board members, R. Klesta, P. Engoglia, <br />and M. Conway. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Building. Commissioner, D. Conway and Clerk o£ <br />Commissions, D. Rote. <br />ABSENT: Board member, D. Spoerke. _ <br />II gEVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: The minutes of May 18, <br />2000 Board of Building Codes of appeals meeting have been submitted for <br />approval. <br />P Engoglia motioned to approve the minutes dated May 18, 2000 as written. <br />The motion was seconded by R. Klesta. <br />III. BLTILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />Patricia & Gregorv McCrrath- 26403 Chapel Hill Drive <br />Proposal consists of erecting a fence along side an existing fence. <br />Request a variance to erect a fence along side an existing fence. (Code <br />prohibits this installation) section 1369.03 (a) (3). <br />Chairman Puzzitiello called all interested parties forward to review the <br />request. Mrs. McGrath, the owner came forward to review the request. Mr. <br />Puzzitiello indicated that there was a 5-foot easement in the front of the home, <br />a 5-foot easement in the rear and a 3-foot C E I easement on the right side of <br />the property. He commented that the property had quite a few easements. <br />Mr. Engoglia indicated that he did not, feel that the fence would interfere with <br />the easements. Mrs. McGrath suggested that she did not feel that the fence <br />would impair the easements as well. :Building Commissioner, D. Conway <br />indicated that the fence would not interfere with the easements that are on the <br />lot. No further comments were made. <br />R. Klesta motioned to approve Patricia & Gregory McGrath of 26403 Chapel <br />Hill Drive, their request which consists of erecting a fence along side an <br />existing fence and that the following variance be granted; A variance to erect <br />a fence along side an existing fence. (Code prohibits this installation) section <br />1369.03 (a) (3). The motion was seconded by M. Conway and unanimously <br />approved. Variance Granted.
