Mr. Eid indicated that it would be better then a wood <br />fence as it is vinyl. Building Commissioner, D. Conway commented that <br />vinyl fences are susceptible to the wind, dropping it down to 5-feet in height <br />will help. The applicant should still add wood n?rie n m,i dle of the tubingnyt <br />fences are tubular and if a 4x4 post is placed i <br />will help strengthen the posts. Mr. Eid indicated that he would be willing to <br />do what the Building Commissioner suggested. <br />P. Engoglia motioned to approve Gloria Dickson of 23519 David Dr. Her <br />request which, consists of erecting a fence along side an existing fence and that <br />the following variance be granted as amended and agreed upon. A variance to <br />erect a fence 5 feet in from the existing fence. The fence is not to be higher <br />than 5-feet high and will be constructed in a manor that would be structurally <br />sound and withstand the wind/wea? on was second dib?y thR 1Klestatland <br />section 1369.03 (a) (3).
