Yager inotioned to approve Great Northern Mall, PP# 236-09-002 & 003, 235-28-001 <br />and 236-14-004, which consists of a 270,000 square foot expansion to Great Northern Mall <br />with the following conditions: A. The site plans; have 1V1i-. Zergott review the landscaping <br />plans that has been reviewed by the forester for comments before Tuesday. The developers <br />look into the entry layout at the front of the department store relative to the entry sight <br />ingress, egress. Give the boards more information on the loading dock and service area. <br />For the department store and mall addition. B. The elevations; Look into masonry facade if <br />not possible, identify the costs and come up with some information too sell your position on <br />E.F.I. S. Show the lighting layout, fix-ture cuts, foot-candle study which is required for all <br />commercial submittals. Provide full elevations of the mall addition and the existing <br />department stores relative to the new department store. On the elevation, provide details <br />disclosing the heights and materials. C. Category is the existing mall addition, which is <br />barely recognized in the current site plan. Show the transition from at least the existing side <br />entrance to the new department store. Identify the color or colors and material. Identify <br />any lighting associated with the mall addition or if there might be any signage. Provide <br />details for any new rooftop units including screening. The motion was seconded by, T. <br />Liggett and unanimously approved. Note: Mr. Conway reminded the applicants that the <br />Planning Commission would want to see the final layout of the parking at the July 25, 2000 <br />meeting. <br />VI. ADJOURNMENT: <br />M. Yager motioned to excuse the absents of Mr. Zergott and Miss. Schulz and to adjourned <br />the meeting. The motion was seconded by, T. Liggett and unanimously approved.
